In Class (授業中)
We’ve been studying sentences telling where, how and when. So for tonight’s class, I made a special version of Clue.
Players have to go to the place to say it and then they can pick the how and when to try and eliminate them. For example:
“Let’s go to the library by bus at night.”
It was a bit slow-going at first until the students got the hang of the rules and what the goal was. We played one game within the class. GK never did quite get the hang of it before class was over. SN guessed wrong, because he wasn’t expecting that I would be tricky and say one of the items that I held the card for. Amazingly, MI got it right! We’ll play again next week.
